I appreciate these talks SO MUCH! So many doctors out there(even endocrinologists) don’t know all of these things. Sadly people end up making poor health choices because they lack knowledge. Although there is this known link between gluten and Hashimotos, I know there must be a strong link to fluctuating (not just high) estrogen/progesterone and Hashimotos. Could you talk about this? Also, I can feel in my own body that when my t4is low but normal that is when I feel optimal. My endocrinologist disagrees.
