I have a few Ecoflow units, one is a Delta 2 Max with one Extra Battery, Great bit of kit but the cable between the main unit and the battery needs work. Would be far better if you have an option for a right angle cable for a neater install.

Is there a connect or perhaps future if not produced as of yet a cable to connect Delta 2s with an EcoFlow Delta Pro or ultra if we decide to upgrade?

Hi! I have an issue with the EcoFlow Delta Pro Extra Battery connection cable. It's 2,5' (0,75m) long and is long enough to connect the battery to the station if they stand next to each other. But if I try to stack them one onto another, the cable is too short. Is there any way either to buy a longer cable or to make the short one longer?

Will Ecoflow Powerinsight work together with the PowerKit ? I would like to use the Ecoflow PowerGlow and only turn it on if the PowerKit batteries are toped up and there is excess solar and the water temparature is below a certain temparature.

I bought two hamburgers with eight batteries, ran it for one day my electricity turned off to everything that the Ecoflow was running… Has spent over an hour on the phone, but needed an interpreter tried to tell them over and over what it is doing, and they keep repeating their same verbiage. I would be very hesitant before I bought one of these, hopefully we get my problem resolved

Please speak slower in future videos. I have to rewatch all your videos three times. There is so much good information in them, but I can't keep up during the video. It's very disturbing.

You could click on the config wheel and select a slower playback speed, like 0.75. Just one consideration. I do this when watching work videos. I select a higher playback speed to get through em faster.

Do not buy from these people at all if you need any support you're going to have to talk to the philippines. Spend $15,000 to set up your home and you got to talk to people that don't know what they're talking about how unfair is that ! This is ridiculous a lot of when you buy something is about the back end support you get !!! We take your money and then good luck
