Nope,you need to change cover as well, there is no sim tray whole in US version in body cover,so you need to change body,phone will be consider repair and non water proof,

I want to know that I have a screen display problem in my iPhone xs it's when ever I turn on my phone it blinks a green light and screen turn black but touch works this problem started increasing 1st I have to turn my phone on 2 times to make display work it works sometimes and now it's not even turning on I tried so hard I just want to know may it's a board issue because when it fell first day it worked fine now its creating problem and not turning on can it be fixed without replaceing display

Yeah it’s easy to do, but there is literally no reason to do this. It’s borderline ridiculous. But if you bought another housing with the sim slot 😂, and their part $, and took the 10 min to do this … yeah never mind 😂. But that means that the two physical SIMs will reside inside the phone and can be removable only by removing the back cover of the vanilla iPhone 14 series' phones, right? The frame of the US specs version of the 14 series' phones has no SIM card slot

Although REWA suggests milling out a slot, I believe that if you have the expertise to complete this modification then it shouldn't be too difficult to just replace the housing at the same time for a non-US one, which would come with the sim slot and tray.
