I loved seeing CC's note in your video ! What an incredible message for her kids to hear each morning ! I really feel that the memory journaling I began in 2020 based on your style definitely unlocks my joy ! When I look back on my 2020 -2022 journals, they are filled with colour and all the big and smaller moments even through challenging times. looking back at them, you would not think that we were living through a pandemic. Some day I will get to meet yourself, CC and Barbara in person 😘

How do I unlock my joy? I created an acronym using my word of the year which is “FLOW.” F- Freedom and fun I have the freedom to create what I want and to have fun along the way L- Live, Laugh, Love I like to live in the moment, laugh often, and to love unconditionally O- Opportunity I have the space to reach others, moments to reflect, and time to share my unique gifts. W- Willpower I am in control of my choices to choose joy, spread kindness and create with a full heart. I have the willpower to manifest and bring my dreams to fruition. Using this acronym I am able to have positive emotions deep within my soul. And even on those hard or not so good days I can still choose the positive, even if it’s as small as finding one positive thing in my day. I love your JOY acronym as well and will be writing it in my journal. Thank you for this beautiful reminder friend! P.S. I also love the quote CC wrote in your journal from her kids’ principal! 😉

I write 3 gratitudes in my Hobonichi cousin every day, and if I'm good, I'll post that and pictures from the day to Facebook. I've been pretty consistent since May 2013 and it really does make a difference in my attitude. Shawn Achor's book The Happiness Advantage does a good job explaining how your neurons fire together and eventually wire together so that you're physically re-wiring your brain. Great vid. I should take more time to create. I don't create anymore.
