I believe that everybody is creative and has gifts to share. As a multi-passionate maker ever since I can remember, I love providing creatives (that's you!) with the tools and space to see the bright side of life. I've taught crafty workshops all over the world, filmed tons of RU-vid videos, and consulted with awesome brands including Disney, American Crafts, Avery and more. My intention is to build a sense of fun, positive energy and put valuable resources out in the world for everyone to use. I love any excuse to celebrate and spread happiness. Much of my time is spent in my art studio in Los Angeles, CA or hanging out with my huband and 2 kids. Let's hang out at the intersection of creativity, passion, and purpose.
Creative journaling has genuinely transformed my life. I feel more in-touch with reality and connected to my experiences. I get to create art with my life every single day. It's a great hobby, but it's also an incredible self care experience and healthy coping skill
Is Jack actually almost as tall as you now?! I hadn’t realise until he was standing right beside you, feels like a short while ago he was just a wee little boy, and now his voice has become deeper? And Juniper too, she’s pretty tall! It makes me happy to see you having fun with the kids and expressing creativity. The soft toy is amazing and it’s every kid’s dream to have their imaginary friends come to life. Congrats to Jack for that dream coming true!
This was a brilliant idea. I loved all your suggestions, ideas, and thoughts. I do spreads like this once in a while like an occasion but never daily. I love the simplicity and the benefits of this daily habit!! Thank you for sharing this idea and for the flip-through 🥰
I always love seeing how you document your field trips, vacations, crafty events, etc. It's so lovely to see it all come together, especially after getting a little snippet of your experience so we see the context of what you're documenting ❤
The giant personalised crayons for Jack and Juniper ....... eeeeeekkk I can't cope ! Loved that you took us along to the screening ! Now I am going to go and look up budsies !!!!!!!!!!!!
I have the Polaroid Mint, which is another zink printer. The color quality is terrible. Considering getting an Ivy since it looks like they use the same paper.
How fun! Thanks so much for sharing this. This book and story was one of my absolute favorites as a child. I am so marking my calendar. Wow! Jack is getting so tall. Great job on the stuffed animal so cute.😀
YAY! Something I wanted to mention was to maybe not watch too many trailers of it. I overheard someone saying that they wish they hadn't while we were outside after the screening.
I’m looking for a pocket printer to print sticky photo for journaling I’d love a more in-depth video of those printers please. I also love my Polaroid style printer it’s just not sticky and makes certain things hard to include.
I have a Canon Ivy and I love it! It’s white but the case is pink! We foster dogs for a local shelter and I use it to print photos of pups and their new family and put it in my Happy Planner where I record the adoptions.
I am so glad you made this video! I have the 1st gen up sprocket and have loved loved it but I have been wondering about the others in comparison. This helped so much!
I still own my 1st generation HP Sprocket that I'll keep using until I dont have any Zink paper. Then, I think I won't buy any new one, i've been so disappointed by the colors of the printed pictures. Moreover, these colors out fade with time, so I dont' trust the Zinc paper anymore. I think in order to print photos, i'll use A4 photo paper and my inkjet Espon desk printer. Your review is very nice though, it makes me want to buy them all, but... no. :-))) As always, I love the way you organize and decorate your journals. it's SOOOO inspiring ! Best regards from France. Marie-Hélène
I love watching your videos. I was wondering, is there such a notebook with the same type of paper as the Hobonichi for journaling and not a planner? 🤔 I'm thinking of giving it a try.
I use this one - www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09Y7T7LK2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=wwwamytangeri-20&linkId=035a9a7f5a16c2714f465a684b0be6d7&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl
That's amazing! I am thinking of trying a regular practice where I take inspiration from different daily readers or cards or something! Let me know if that would be fun for you
I love the weight and.convenience of my Sprocket but I have so much unused photo paper because the zink paper was old or unusable as machine didnt recogmize as new. @HP should sell just the Zink ink piece of paper
Ooh I love a good mini photo printer! I've had an instax for a few years and absolutely love the little polaroid style photos especially for my traveler's notebooks and smaller scrapbook pages. 😍
I love these compact printers. I had no idea instax had another printer! I use the sprocket 2 and ivy 2 for our vacations to document our travels. It’s just fun!
This is awesome, thanks for sharing this! I'm torn between the canon ivy and getting the one that prints 4x6. Have you tried the portable 4x6 printer before?
I don't have a very portable one for 4x6. Which one are you referring to? I have one that stays in the studio that I could probably take on road trips but not so great for the plane. I plan on reviewing that one soon as well!
Thanks for this! I’m obsessed with pink. I switched from Sprocket to Ivy years ago because the colour of the photos looked more realistic, so it’s nice to know that hasn’t changed. I think I should upgrade to the Ivy2 just to get the pink!
Glad it was helpful! And yes, why not? I think you could even keep one for travel or for yourself at a different location like your office. If you do a comparison from the first to the second with the same picture, I would be curious to see if you think it’s an upgrade!
