Today, we will be unlocking the Torval 1D Low Power 1D mining laser. They use considerably less power, so you can keep on firing chunks off rocks. Let's see if they are any good and if we can run five lasers at once off a mostly unengineered power distributor.

Steps:
1. Become allied with Torval Mining Ltd in EGM 559
2. Do the FDev flop (exit to main menu)
3. Do the LTT 198 permit acquisition mission
4. Mine 16 osmium per mining laser you need
5. Fly to LTT 198 and dock with Zetian's Recall
6. Unlock the mining laser in the human tech broker
7. Fit them to your mining ship
8. Profit
