Guild Wars 2 has a total of 9 mounts that can be unlocked in different ways. Each mount is unique in its own way and has abilities that allow it to perform things that other mounts can't. So if you ask yourself, how can I get mounts in Guild Wars 2?

@@IRedpunk If you have all the gold and material, then max a day. Thats how long it took me. If you don't then you can be looking at up to 12 days

wasnt the raptor mount a lvl 80 path of fire unlockable thing ? or was it changed with end of dragons to learn it automaticly after lvl 10 ?

How do you get mastery points without using jackals, sprinter, or anything without using flying mounts it's hard to upgrade my raptor

Hey man How were you able to swap mounts freely while in the air? around 3:10 you switched from jackal to glider to griffen. i havent been able to switch mount in the air at all

it's a skill on the skill bar that's tied to a mastery level, I think it's called like bond of trust or something, you pair it with the one that saves you from falling (griffon and skyscale) if you pay attention you can see him use it, the second set of wings after he dismounts is his glider.

Just started playing before dragon bash, and boy howdy... Not having a mount makes it hard to keep up. I just hit lvl 80 on a free account and I'm probably going to buy an expansion(s) just for the mount. As a guardian main, which expansion should I buy first?

Path of fire is the basic mount expansion whic is useful for many ocassion pathof fire and heart of thorns it is combo pack when i bought it.

Heart of thorns and path of fire are both in reduction, 2 extznsions for less than 10€, very good value.

if you are ftp player, you can get Raptor Mount for some hours at lvl 10. if you buy the first 2 expansions, you can get it free at level 10 now.

@@thetoozin487 Bro that does not count at all i got the raptor and its gone after some hrs, my question is if this game is that good where the heck is my mount this madness i run all the wasy to lvl 80 and im keep runing, for some freaking reason the game cant unlock 1 mount for this idiotic, if u want mounts 100$ for all 3 expansions fuck this im out

@@Mryourporn can it with the stupid tantrum, you need one dlc (Path of Fire) to own a raptor which costs something like 12 to 15 bucks a key which will ALSO give you the Heart of Thorns expansion
