on 10th January 2014 in Jeddah I was 96.5 kg..reached home, some marriage proposals came..but 3 of them were rejected on account of my huge body..my family members ridiculed me..that paved my determination back to Jeddah started diet and workout in a gym..within 2 months I could reduce my weight into 91 kg...that time i had some problems with my company and resigned and came back home..the next day of my arrival i joined in a gym. Around three months i was in my hometown and i determined to reduce my body weight..daily i had two sessions and due to my diet i could reach my target 78 kg..Unni mukundan has really inspired me..and the diet truly worked..now am happy

Great transformation, congratulations my friend! You need to have Discipline to go to the gym and train hard. You need to be consistent, set your calendar with the days you are going to the gym and GO. You need to be very patient, change doesn't happen overnight. It takes months and months of HARD CONSISTENT TRAINING for you to start seen results. The amount of effort you put into your training will be equal to your end result. If you dont train with enough intensity you will see little results, but if you train very hard, if you leave everything at the gym, if you give it all you got, you will see great results.
@@researcher_21c72 Blubberblub RH Exactly...I ate below 1000 calories for 60 days. First 15 days I lost only 2 or 3 kgs..but later lost the remaining 12 kgs very fast. But I would never recommend it to anyone because after 60 days of calorie deficit my muscles were so weak and my hands and legs were like a stick..but cleared a lot of fat from my body..

not true..can be extremely fit with home exercises..running in grounds..and buying second hand used weights..nd do in ur backyard nd pull ups nd push ups..so much can be done..u only need motivation.
