Kaneez : Hyderabadi biryani doesn't have masala Me : who throw away a portion of masala because It has too much of it Has she ever eaten Hyderabadi biryani, OK I get it as people who visit Hyderabad they have a misconception that Paradise is the best biryani no it's not it's just plain rice and chicken wings BAWARCHI (RTC Cross roads) is the best biryani in Hyderabad (it has only two branches and both are located at the same place) then may come MEHFIL BIRYANI, SHADAB BIRYANI So finally don't say Hyderabadi biryani sucks even before eating the actual Hyderabadi biryani
Paradise Biryani is not the best biryani. It just has the name. If you happen to Visit Hyderabad, ask a localite to help you find better biryani places. 😒🙏🏻

Honestly, even homemade idlis in the north don’t taste good without the proper technique. I fell in love with idlis when I first came to bangalore and since then have appreciated my mum trying to make the same thing in Faridabad :D she has improved a lot over the years and honestly, it just depends on how well you ferment it and stuff. I’m a Tamilian btw :P
Jidhar bhi jao, idli is quite possibly one of the worst dishes I've ever had. Stop giving it to me for breakfast at hotels or at airport lounges it's just plain BORING!

We hyderabadis always asks for double masla handi biriyani..where you get masala in every bite..it's dum biriyani..it's smokey in flavour..it is layered ..common guys..you have never had a proper hyderabadi biryani and already judging..paradise biryani sucks btw..
I love idli and i love biryani..both are amazing foods..idli is soft and very healthy without any oil, if u have it with coconut chutney or sambhar, its awsome.. and if masala is ur thing, biryani is absolute gem..also dosa is great.. i love it too
Fluffy steamy idli served in leaf plate with coconut chutney and gun powder. I experienced this heaven once. Road side food through. Aunty can't even understand hindi or english. But she understands the food language so well
There is one food which I made accidentally is 'Palak Spaghetti' It's basically boiled spaghetti in a palak paneer base, obviously without the paneer. It's too good!
Now puchka. I have eaten gol gappa of delhi, Hyderabad and Calcutta but the puchka which is actually close to my heart is my hometown's GUPCHUP. BALASORE, ODISHA
You guys have no idea how heavenly phuchkas are ! Golgappas and panipuris are just foods. Phuchkas are emotion. Yes they are. Nothing to "egghhh" about it.

You'll should try Momos in Guwahati!! Also Puchka is the best, I've tried, Pani puri, Gol Gappa, Pani Batasha and Puchka and I can say it, puchka is the best!!!
I enjoy idli with chatni and sambar... and the soft idlis with chicken sukka and chicken curry, especially the Mangalore chicken curry with coconut milk is yummmmmm 🤤
See people from Kolkata also have different taste buds, as they are divided in 2 categories (ghoti and bangal), so not all kind and all places of Kolkata have d same flavour of biriyani, d process is almost d same, some are spicer than d others, what makes it different is d aloo in it, u will get lots of variations. And definitely d Dada Boudi Biriyani deserves the hype
You can't say no if it's someone's birthday and that person makes you eat the same cake that other 50 strangers also had a bite from. That sucks! I avoid going to birthday parties because of this.
