Yeah exactly people shouldn't be defending idols if they truly are hating on a group. I might give off a terrible opinion because I said this to one person in another video and I think I might have not given the my thoughts correctly. I do believe we should look at things properly and correctly with context. We first have to understand what was the idols intent and what context they were in to say that. For instance I don't know if you know about the whole Kendrick issue when a white girl recited his lyrics with the n word, but I think there's a grey area to that. I don't think the girl meant to sound racist as she was probably caught up in the moment and given the context she was. I do believe, however, people have the right to feel uncomfortable or even offended. Again this is a grey area and I want to know what others think. To better understand certain topics. Man, I might have been watching too much idubbbz. Sorry this is long. In no way will I excuse actions of idols because people that group has the right on what they believe. I do believe that it should be handled in a mature way. Jikook shippers are the most humble, if you go on the jikook amino app there’s a rule you have to follow and that rule is “not to bash over people’s ships” this is includes vkook shippers. Ehhhhh personally I disagree w the NCT one. Perhaps I'm just lazy, but I don't have a problem w people stanning for only a few members, especially when there are a lot. They're good as long as they aren't trashing the members they don't stan. I just think if you can't/don't want to put in the same amount of energy for all members, that's fine (again so long as you're not advocating for hate/mistreatment of those you don't stan). They’re lovely to talk with, even though they get lots of hate from the larger communities i.e ARMY, etc. Of course, I’m not one to focus on race, but I can say that not a single black k-pop mutual I have is rude or disrespectful to me or anyone else in any way. Labradoorr tbh WekiMeki is as popular as they deserve to be. No more, no less. Their songs aren't everyone's cup of tea and Yoojung is a little polarizing for some people. She tries a little too hard to be funny and it comes off as aggressive and overpowering. She's cute tho and Doyeon is a visual goddess

A lot of Armys are ignorant because they bad mouth girl groups and see BTS as the only kpop group that deserves recognition. Many Armys are not Multifandom and I've seen no fandom hate so much on girl groups like army. For Exo-L it's all about winning prizes. They try to win every single award and show and I think it's sad how they only focus on winning instead of giving other groups a chance... That's just my personal opinion and it's based on my experiences with both fandoms. I'm an Exo and BTS stan for 3 years but I distanced myself from both fandoms because they're so annoying.

Another unpopular opinion: I’m a POW but don’t really have a problem with kpop idols wearing braids. I see why some would feel uncomfortable about it at times but.. I think some blow it way out of proportion. Firstly, people wanna attack the idols for it but most of the time it’s not their choice to have that hairstyle. Keep in mind they have hairstylist and a whole team behind them who choose their comeback theme, outfits and hairstyles. Secondly, if you really look back on the history of braids and dreads...it wasn’t always associated with Africans or African Americans. Sure, nowadays POW are the majority who wear the hairstyle, but it was actually taken from the asian continents, specifically India and even Vikings. Some people have to understand there’s a deeper history to “cultural diversity”. The world is so intertwined and mixed up, almost nothing you see today has always belonged to just one culture. So..as long as they’re not trying to put down the black community with it, I honestly don’t have a problem with the braids. Heck, some look good in them. Some black people look good in them, some don’t. Same thing with asians too. Or anyone for that matter. But if you can work it..I say work it.
The one about nct is 50/50 with me. I would like to think I know a lot about nct. Lol I have 6 biases and half our from nct 127 and the other half is nct dream. But you have to remember that's 18 members there. Like wtf that's a lot for people who are used to staning 5-10 members group. Now I do wish people that are new to them would learn all there names and what unites their from and now most of their personalities but 18 members are a lot. Nct is actually kinda scary because in a year or two from now they could have 20 members. But there are sun unites for a reason. I learnt from the units to learn about every member
Half the time I'm nervous around NamJin shippers for the simple fact that I don't ship it xD. I ship YoonJin for the simple fact that they revealed that they'll move their beds together to watch movies and because Jin may have gotten sugar gliders as pets because he was searching Suga but that's just a joke they made up. Anyway! I see so much NamJin stuff that I rarely voice my opinion on YoonJin because I'm nervous that they'll ridicule me for it.
