I love the opening of Tokyo ghoul, because this song is more than a song. The openings change with how Ken kanaki is dealing with in the arcs. It’s truly amazing, and a very good anime and manga series.

I was just listening to Jonathan Young's version yesterday. Perfect timing

This is the theme song for one of my hunger games fan fictions. A boy from district 1 is chosen and reaped for one of the first ever live recorded hunger games after the horrible 10th hunger games was a flop. In an attempt to make the games more family friendly these are the first to have the interviews. My guys sister volunteers to "keep her brother safe" and to appeal to the crowd. My character ends up winning the hunger games after killing his sister while attempting to defend a district 12 girl who is only 12 years old but she ends up dying anyways leaving him the victor.
