Great looking home. One observation with master bedroom shower, the tile style looks like it already comes with mildew in the grout joints🤔

This isn't a mobile hom a mobile HOME OR MANUFACTURED HUD HOME IS VERY DIFFERENT. A MODULAR home, which This is, is built just like a stick built, if not sturdier. It is built to all state and local codes.

Can we all agree that shower tile is the worst thing ever . It's like seeing a beautiful model and having her smile a set of mangled teeth.

Yes your wife was EXTREMELY RITE about the whole bathtub situation.... If the back of the tub goes straight up then it's very uncomfortable and it's pretty much impossible to even get comfortable.... I made that same mistake once an every since then I've learned to always check the tub.....

Don’t building codes say you can’t have a room without windows as a bedroom? Not sure about EVERYWHERE but apparently where I live you can’t. People built a home next door and one of the rooms has no windows so they said it can’t be a bedroom. I have never seen a modular home with a bedroom that has no window. Beautiful home though.

The kids won't be fighting over who has the biggest closet, but they'll be fighting over who has a room with windows! The whole house is gorgeous but that bedroom let's it down
