Guys! After the migration process please make sure to use the macro before the add movement input in the player's event graph. This will ensure that the player won't be able to move during the dialogue. Please refer to page 17 of the documentation for more details and further instructions.

Really hope you see this, I'm having the same issue as others, where the sequencer doesn't pause when a dialogue widget is spawned, causing multiple dialogues to pile on top each other. Is this issue being worked on at all? The dialogue system is a central part in my game and this is halting my public release
i know this is from two years ago, but i am trying to port this into a 2d game and was wondering if it is the same process? i would like dialogue boxes like undertale and this seems to be the best way to get that.
Hey man i bought your dialogue system. but i have an issue. The cutscene doesn't pause when i add the event trigger. the dialogue shows up flawlessly. but the cutscene doesn't pause i feel i've followed the tutorial thoroughly.
@@AstrumSensei Awesome. One more thing is it possible to use a gif or video for the character portrait. Like for example in Persona 5 when the characters are talking they are blinking and their lips are moving
