Instead of using a Delay node to limit the quantity of presses for the interact input, it would be better to use a Do Once node. Then just reset it on completed. That way you can't just hold the interact key down, and when you interact it does it only once per key press

I like the new levels of abstraction now that I understand them, but UE5 has a tough learning curve to do simplest of things.

@@asdfdfggfd true, They basically turned something I as a unity developer just a couple months ago one of the easier things to learn into one of the most irritating things to fully setup compared to before
