It's the closest thing that we have. Like the core game or not. But Fortnite is no longer a game itself as much as it is a platform where everything you buy migrates from game to game.
Its cool because people will start out with Fortnite, Learn creative, learn UEFN and then learn Unreal Engine. So it's a great way to keep people invested in your company from child to adult.
Because fortnite already has a HUGE audience and playerbase. So they already have "customers" unlike "metaverse games" that start from scratch. It's also free and is ALMOST on every platform
The only thing left for maximum realism, is to make the characters' eyes focus on things. Now they look like they stare to infinity. Like looking through you, not at you.
That's not exactly how it works...RDR2 on fortnite? Currently impossible, STARFIELD? maybe, most games will not be able to be cloned to fortnite, especially 3d ones
@@waltuhputurdaway people probably though the same before roblox came out with the cod style game that looked totally impossible to make compared to the games it was producing... you never know mate!
Everyone that's crying "Why is this wasted on Fortnite?!" doesn't see the bigger picture, they're gearing up for something bigger, something grand, something...universal. Imagine when the Fortnite Metaverse implements VR, that's where this is headed! A real life Oasis.
So if this the ultimate game within a game, where does that leave the new game by the ex-Rockstar devs, “Everywhere”? It’s literally the exact same concept
I'm ready for First Person Camera. Will definitely allow for a bunch of UEFN. I'm not big on creative stuff but if it's truly what fortnite wants the game to go, we at least need tons of options.
You can learn through the hundreds of tutorials on the UE5 applications and websites, and there's thousands of videos on RU-vid showing how to get started go create something fun and interesting 😁
200mb on such high details environment is crazy! we would see a significant reduction in game files that utilize UEFN. smaller size means faster read on storage. this will also benefits mobile games industry.
