I feel like people forget that Mark Henry was legitimately considered the World's Strongest Man, and still has the world powerlighting record for squat and deadlift last I knew.
Mark Henry is the world's strongest man, so let's have him loses to Neville on RAW because Neville did a kick, Mark Henry fell down, and Neville hit the Red Arrow
Fun fact Mark Henry has lifted the Thomas Inch dumbell It is 172 lb/ 79 kg dumbell which is supposed to be lifted with only one hand He really is the world's strongest man
@@babydragon3095 problem with the dumbell is that the handle is so thick you barely are able to grip it, so finger strength is also required with that one. It is not just the weight.
John cena, Even though he is small compared to other wrestlers like Great khali, Big show and andre. He still is one of the toughest and strongest wrestler of all time. Definitely one of the GOAT'S
i mean, for all the gimmicky falls Cena took with Big Show on his shoulders trying to AA him, Big Show himself said, Cena is the one who always picked him up with the greatest of ease.
Lex Luger picking up Yokozuna at WrestleMania was more impressive. Dude was probably the heaviest guy ever in professional wrestling and it was 100% dead weight. When someone gets suplexed, they jump up with the guy lifting them to help get them in the air.
@@gregrowe1168 also lex was a smaller guy. Incredibly jacked but compared to others he was small in the same way Chris benoit was small compared to other wrestlers but massive muscle wise.
There's a trick that makes crushing an apple easier (basically jam your fingers in, breaking its "structural integrity" - cheating), otherwise it takes upwards of 150lbs of force to crush one. It also depends on the apple - people who use 250lb grippers have reported failure. It's definitely beyond the capacity of an ordinary person, even with the trick method.
Mark Henry is the only person who has ever lifted the Thomas Inch Dumbbell above his shoulders with one hand. It was thought to be impossible. World's Strongest Man isn't just a catchy gimmick 💪×♾️
I'm sorry but Mark Henry pulling the tractor trailer will never NOT be the most impressive and terrifying feat of strength I'll ever see. Absolute Legend.
Perhaps one of the most impressive feats of strengths i've heard about from a news article by a WWE wrestler (well, ex WWE wrestler at the time) was Chris Masters. He heard from his uncle that his moms neighbor was basically holding her hostage and threatening to burn the house down, once Chris got there he tripped a tree out of the ground and used it to break through a window to get his mom to safety.
I remember the big show actually lifting a corner of the ring once. That’s like picking up a pickup truck from the rear bumper and lifting it in the air, the ring weighs about 3 tons.
No one manhandles Rikishi like that! That was so smooth, it's insane. This Johnny Stamboli guy is like in Rikishi's height and looks pretty muscular enough, but I would never confuse him for someone like Batista or Brock Lensar, in terms of strength. I highly doubt Goldberg would be able to military press someone like Rikishi.
Rip Curt Henning : Thanks for the mentioning of that suplex on the giant it was perfect. Side note : no mention of the SUCCESSFUL powerbomb that Kevin Nash perfectly executed on the giant in WCW . Not the botched one .
When a big guy goes up they are helping. Even a regular sized guy can make it difficult to lift him if they just sandbaging and are nothing but dead weight. That's not to say that these guys aren't all freakishly strong, but if the Big Show doesn't want to go into the air, you're not going to get him into the air.
@@Drakorre I think neck injuries are more significant in impacting something like lifting, but yeah, I think it was pretty impressive kane was able to do it.
Kane is one other that used to lift big men with relative ease (like Taker, Triple H, Batista, Snitsky, JBL, Test, Sean O'Haire etc, and even giants like Big Show at some point)
No your right I’m a remeber that rikishi clip for sure just not the guys name lmao but that’s insane and obviously there’s some assistance from rikishi counter balancing and helping support himself but it’s so goddamn smooth
Props to paul white for being soooooo much agile and athletic than people credit him to be that he made guys 100lb lighter than him(goldberg, lesnar, nash) look stronger than they are
I remember the segment in raw or smackdown i think? When mark henry literally bend a frying pan with his own hands and bending a frying pan is not easy that was so damn good
0:36 I like Competition! Kash Mai bhi yahi bolu agla saal March me 0:50 Roman lifted 2 shield members 1:10 OMG 😱 How convincingly he lifted Rikishi 4:10 Mr perfect suplexing Big Show
Most people think ooh world's strongest man. It's just wwe. It's fake. But Mark Henry was literally the world's strongest man. Not only that, he was one of the strongest men to ever earn that title. His squat record was unbeaten for a ridiculous amount of time. Correct me if I'm wrong. Mark Henry was the single greatest superstar with the most potential to be criminally misused. That hall of pain gimmick was what he needed to be top level. Too bad Cena was the champion at that time. And ain't nobody taking the strap off of him.
Mark Henry set the all time world record in both raw squat with knee wraps and raw deadlift of 953.5 lbs and 903.9 lbs respectively at the wdfpf world powerlifting championship in 1995. That raw squat world record stool until 2007 when Sergey kurnaukhov squatted 970 lbs but in a lighter weight class of under 308 . Then in 2010 Robert wilkerson of 308+ class which is called superheavyweight class of which Mark was also a part of, squatted and broke Henry's record. Henry's raw deadlift record stool until 2005 when Benedict magnusson deadlifted 970 lbs. But Henry did those lifts under drug tested competition and more than likely was lifetime drug free as opposed to these other powerlifters. Mark also set the all time drug tested raw total world record in powerlifting of 2336.9 lbs which was the highest drug tested total of all time at that time and 4th highest total when u include even non drug tested total. This record stool until 2017 when Jezza uepa broke this record. Mark Henry was around the time period of 1995-96 , considered as the strongest human being in the planet by many experts in the strength field. The second time he was again considered as the strongest human being in the earth when he won the inaugural Arnold strongman classic in 2002 beating the then reigning world's strongest man Svend Karlsen in that competition.
Big difference between a fisherman suplex aka perfect plex, and the jackhammer, dude. Perfect didn't hold the giant up in the air for a few seconds before bringing him down.
True but Mr. Hennig executed it rather perfectly. Twice. It's the fact that he picked Mr. Wight up and slammed him while keeping his leg hooked that's impressive.
That's still tough, usually he'd have both legs so basically cutting his athleticism in half to help him.. he did the same thing with Goldberg, you think Goldberg really lifted him into the air by himself?
@@codyeble6764 you're somehow missing the point with curt all Paul had to do was just jump in a somersault he may have jumped into jackhammer with Bill but lifting somebody vertically and then just over in a suplex is much different
@@S.T.A.N.D_inspirational Goldberg holding Big Show overhead was no trick. That requires enormous strength. It’s like if someone hands you something heavy. You might be able to hold it for second without dropping it. If you can continue to hold it, you are legitimately that strong.
The Mark Henry one is crazy... Also shout out to the big show's athleticism cuz if he don't wanna get picked up he's not getting picked up lol when he gets moved done to him it's almost all his athleticism and just a little of his opponents
There was tricks in the Apple segment if you look closely theres a cut in the Apple a little above Brauns hand the cig is to make it easier to break🤣🤣🤣
I got a lot of respect for the men and woman of WWE. I always see people running their mouth online about wrestlers not being tough and or not being able to fight and it's like bro... you don't need to be from the UFC in order to fight lmao.
Mark Henry is a real world strongest man he win at strongest man competition. And Kane on the other hand is infact a strong wrestler yet you ignore him.
The Big Show once said in an interview that John Cena was the one that could lift him up with no problems. He said it was like being held up by a brick wall.
The apple trick with Braun is known to have been fixed by cutting the apple. With that kind of trickery it doesn't take such a monster to do it. It's not to say that Braun is weak, but your selection of the clip is. Same for the trick with Khali and the melons.
Referee: oh fuck, we put the wrong lock, what do we do? Referee 2: we can’t do anything about it now, let’s just stand by and watch- Mark: breaks lock Referee: oh shit
