in the current implementation of the melee combat system in unreal engine 4, when an enemy NPC character saw the player, they will directly come towards the player and start attacking. Today, i am going to change that behavior in such a way that they will strafe around the player, move back and forth and attack. These behaviors will happen randomly so that the NPCs would look more like humans instead of bots.

Just a heads up, @ 26:47 in Ch_Enemy attack mode, be sure to plug the locked enemy into the enemy pin of the toggle attacking below that is unticked. You'll notice its now connected when he changes the strafing speed.

My ai can't rotate after this episode (on chase). I tried back changes and skip this episode but strangely i can't! Something is messed up. Any advices?

The problem with testing against only one enemy is that you don't see that the enemies now see each other as an enemy even though they all have the same team number. Has any0one fixed this? If so, how?

Enemy are rotating on themself from time to time i kinda remember you fixing something like this in a video but can't remember which one, tried to find out which one it is but that's way to much video, did you remember, what it was ?

Don't you need to set the reset of the the do once in Event Toggle Attack Mode?

Hello. My AIController jitters when the CH_Enemy is strafing around the player. Do you have any idea why?

@@LeonelAmaral14 Juss remove 'AI Move to' Node ....After Toogle Sword In Sight Senseing ... (HE has done same ..compare your code with his code at 1:48 And Try To match His Code)
