Even look at Ethan "Rampage" Yau - he's the self described "Luck Box" it's even on the merch he sells. And then he goes and loses over $600,000 in the span of like 3 games. G Money here is... I'm just guessing, but probably a little more interested in the longevity of his bankroll than to wanna play high stakes bingo with it (high stakes is counting in all the straddling in this game and many others he plays).

My experience at The Lodge is the games are either insanely tight and nitty, or batshit insane where you're flipping for 1k stacks every hand (which gives up your skill edge, allowing opponents to make smaller equity mistakes, plus that BINGO war is won by the deepest pockets who can handle the variance of playing 80/160 PLO with sub 10bb stacks)
