is that change in the song style, it goes from funky style to house style but with the funky drums playing at the background. I always think that funk and house are good bases of music, but when you hybrid both, you get masterpieces like this 👌👌

I think Quake had a better engine but Unreal had it beat in every other department.

Frankly, they are just as good as each other imo One has a Cyberpunk futuristic setting the other a gothic Lovecraftian setting both have great action, fantastic music, memorable maps and big fucking guns.

UT99 has more content out of the box, but with mods over time Quake 3 proved to be vastly superior. Quake tech has always been ahead of Unreal, Q3 was vastly smoother and better looking than UT99, anyone who was around in 99 could clearly see that.
