It's definitely a similar vibe! This is a mod for OpenRA, an open source re-implementation of the Command & Conquer games. Rusted Wardare is also an amazing game, I'm especially a fan of it's modding scene as well as the legacy device support (it can run on some seriously ancient Android devices!).
