Thank you for the video. I am researching as much safety information as I can. I typed safe food preservation into youtube and up came more of the bad videos I have been shocked to see. I can promise to use all the best information I can find on safety to do my water bath canning. But I am concerned the safety information is not as loud a voice as some of these often popular unsafe practices. Do you have more current and expanded videos? Here in Canada I studied a lot about pressure canning only to realise I simply cannot use the method because we don't have places that calibrate the pressure guages for us. I am concerned for others who don't realise they are using unsafe practices.
