Tupac is in hell for his own sins. If the world love you remember that they love it’s own but if the world hates you for Jesus then your reward is great. Jesus is perfect man condemned and killed because he was righteous. Tupac was a drunk who had sex with other peoples wife and glorified and justified evil things. There is nothing you can say to justify your evil actions not even racism. Jesus justified with his blood alone.
