I remember that Bristol race it was epic. It cool to see Doc talking about meeting the fans Doc was one of the first guys I met and he was a cool guy . I want yall to come back to Bristol I always wonder why they dont come back there i feel like they will pack the house again
I never hated on nobody but I did start liking ol Doc after I met him . Crazy thing Ryan you cant get to meet him nowdays but at Bristol I hung out with him . He didnt really have no fans then . He said then they got something for the S.O. he aint lost many races since either . Bristol will always be the coolest no prep race back then the S.O. you could get hang out with all the guys and to see how far its came its crazy

i was going to go to a NPK in north Carolina and im certain there was general admission, general admission with pit pass and vip ,,, so you are indeed paying for pit pass if i remeber correctly i ended up not going but i was on the web site to see pricing and availability
A general admission ticket will let you walk around in the pits and grandstands all you want. VIP will let you down on the grass next to the starting line. Remember the episode with the group of fans trash talking Swanstrom into a $5000 bet? That was the VIP area at that track. But anyone can walk around the pits and watch them work on their cars, and most of them sell t-shirts and hats and stuff out of their trailers.
I agree with that statement, it was supposed to Kye , Lizzie, or Jerry Birds year. Absolutely amazing Ryan Martin won again even with the added weight! How many other racers could have weight added to their setup and still remain a threat?
Thanks to big chief you all get to watch npk and all the street outlaws. If chief didn’t start the show all these people would not be racing like this. Chief deserves way more respect and recognition than he gets.

Midwest street cars was a website chief started with a forum for street racing. Pilgrim called chief, it was a list he started and the production company took his original idea and fucked it up with all of their billshit
Where’s a thought about the great 8. Every week alternate from 1-8 to 9-16 and down to 32 or 24. So we see different drivers. Then restart. Some drivers may compete 2 weeks in a row if they had a bad week.

great show thanks tells us a lot about you the only thing i don't like is the double points just run for the points and most points winns. bad thing is you could be doing good and the double points races cost you the big win. the points reflet who winns the most not the last few races.

@@danielselby5714 so its Ryan against the world its true in all of racing the Hemis used to dominate until they added enough weight that they couldn't compete so i guess when they figure out a way to stop Ryan from winning then things will go back to normal. i know it has to be that way but still doesn't make it correct the other teams just need to work harder. if they figure out a way to stop Ryan the other teams haven't won the track gave it to them. they just need to figure out what to do and go from there don't hurt the hard workers
The worst part of NPK is knowing the results way before it comes out on tv. It makes watching the rest of the season pointless. They should have the final on live tv.
That would be cool on the last race live but you look at all they have to do to get the season on tv, and with how big npk is only way to not have anyone know the results would be to do it how they did the og show, but npk is for the fans so if you don’t want to know the results don’t watch everyone’s videos. Is what it is it’s a badass show and very entertaining.
If Ryan is going to have a Bounty on his head next year? It makes more sense to have the 10k to beat him in the first round VS at the end of the race.. * Beat him in the last round, he already has racked up a boat load of points*
The "Bounty" was the stupidest idea ever. He won anyways. How about they actually step up to the plate and actually beat him. There's a reason why he's number 1. Noone puts in the time and effort he does.
@@donhill5 All Hemi/procharger cars have the same weight restrictions. Back in the day? Megalodon was one of the first with this combo and he was smoking the field, (hence rule change adding the weight) The Screw blower/Hemi is now the latest greatest with how the rules are set up.
Brandon clearly won that race and it has nothing to do camera angles. Maybe tripping a beam but that needs to be reviewed. That was clearly a win. They also need to fix the red light issue. If a driver does not move until the light comes on it should not be a red light. None of this nonsense he was too close to the line when he lined up.

Ryan gets a lucky win lol dude hardly drew a easy win all year and when he could of got one from a teammate he said no. Murder nova could of gave him an easy win to seal the deal he said nope don't want it like that then a previous season he drew from the bucket instead of taking an easy win to seal the deal. So if he does get a break he earned it guys.
Something has to be done about the points to make it fair and truly representative of who the best car/driver/team was that year. There is no reason that Kye Kelly should have even had a chance to leapfrog Ryan Martin. Look at the event wins and just overall consistency of Ryan Martin. This should have been over even before Alabama as Ryan was the clear better driver/car/team but yet somehow it Kye Kelly won just his 3rd event of the year, he could have went to #1? Please correct these mistakes!!! It has nothing to do with liking or disliking Ryan Martin or Kye or Lizzi or Lutz…it just has got to be more fair and representative of who the true champion is that season.
actually with this past season if it wasn't for the great 8 the Championship would have been a lot closer or possibly a different outcome. point are awarded for each round win and i believe this season Kye actually came away with more round wins then Ryan.
if it wasn't for the great 8 , kye probably would've won it , the last 5 main races Ryan struggled heavily and kye was great the first 5 , I truly believe if kye never switched cars he would've won the championship
That's really saying something Scott Tyler said that Kye Kelly won more round than Ryan Martin did and he said if they didn't have the great 8 they might would have a new champion that sure would have been a sight to see.

I did not like the great 8 myself. I'd really like to see more behind the scenes stuff. More of racers that don't get as much TV time. I've been to 3 NPK events and from me being there. You miss so much that happens. My opinion.
I think that npk trying to protect their heros by not letting outside talent in will eventually end up hurting the show. I like npk but as a true drag Racing fan I want to see real match ups. You have probably 5 guys on the show that can hang with some of the real hitters in Drag Racing. As far as the money goes, most of the guys at the top of that show spend every bit as much money or potentially more as a rvw or x275 or pro extreme team does. So the argument that they don't want that money in there is a non point to me. They seem to have this idea that they don't want to bring someone in and build them up and then have them leave. They seem to think that they are the ones giving something to someone and they don't get anything in return. I can guarantee that if stevie jackson came in for even one season. The value and fans he would bring to the show would far outweigh anything pilgrim would give him. They should be actively trying to get these guys on the show. Just my 2 cents though.
Ryan is the fastest when everything is on point! Out of those I’ve had the privilege meeting, Ryan, Jeff Lutz, Scott Taylor, Big Chief and Kamikaze were the most respectful people. Kayla is fast, but I sure hope the camera is only catching her bad side because it makes her seem unbearable to watch!
Kayla is a natural born racer.... and that women knows what she is doing !!!! I wasn't surprised to see her win it all, or lizzy.... I grew up watching pat musician the green 69' "Popeye"vs Tony C in the red 57... and Pat built Popeye just to beat Tony....and every loss Pat just kept saying.... I'll add more nitrous next time

Drivers spend a lot of time and money to travel and race across the country. What happens to drivers who lose 1st or second round. Do they get any form of participation fee? I'm trying to understand why someone who has no chance of being in the top 3, continues to spend money on their race program, travel and race if they are not winning anything. Like some sitting at number 25.
I believe everybody that appears on camera gets paid I'm not going to swear to that but I think they do so they're not going home totally broke but it is no way makes up for the losses that they suffer when they have a failure on their car

An i am pretty sure if u count up all the passes made ryan probably has alot more passes on a weekend then any other driver so that means he has way more wear an tare on his car more chances to make mistakes an he dosnt what he did to win 3 championships in a row is amazing alot of those guys cant win a race never mind a championship
