When you said “but it’s short” for me that comes out “AND IT’S SHORT!!!” I’m 37 now. I still want to experience games in their entirety but I don’t have time to sink hours and hours into game that’s not BOTW level. We need MORE great games that are short. I don’t mind sinking $20 into an excellent immersive experience that I’m done with after a week. I’d rather that then have a $70 game sitting there unfinished. Judging me.

Kind of a stealth game, kind of a puzzle game. So it's like Hitman?

I have to chase them off the lawn at work daily. Sometimes I chase them access the street so they stop traffic as they cross. If I walk down the street a bit to the park, I can do this with a flock of 100 geese. I would do this weekly back when I ran cross country. Go for a run at the park near work. Herd the geese across the street. Profit. They should make a sequel about ME.

Had a goose come up to me at the park and demand food I had. When I didn't give it to him he got more and more aggressive until I just gave him what I had. He basically jacked me for my sandwich.

I spent all morning waiting for UGG to show up in the eShop, and by the time I finally got it I was bouncing off the walls. My lunch break was a truly joyous hour, and it garnered a lot of attention from colleagues. In general, I found it a lot more fun to not check the task list, and just see how much I could accomplish just by being a good, old fashioned, undirected jerk. Big props to House House. This is my first time seeing someone use a 7 unit rating scale. Now that I think about it, it's actually really smart. Most people use the 10 unit scale wrong in that anything below a 7 is pretty much considered the same rating while a 5 unit rating scale is usually not comprehensive enough to make distinct differences between games of similar quality. A 7 unit rating is like the happy medium between the two. I like it

Geese are often present on my college campus. They normally aren't an issue (aside from the poop), but there was one day I had to go to the library, and there was a lone goose between me and the door. I tried going around the goose, giving it as much room as possible, but it never the less began walking towards me, hissing. I fled immediately; it wasn't worth losing my life over. I stuck around for a little while, hoping it'd leave, but I eventually just decided to take the long way around through a different entrance.

Should we bang down House House's door for a sequel involving more goose shenanigans, or shenanigans with all sorts of animals? I could see a co-op mode with a rat, a raccoon, a spider, and the goose all ganging up on the town being incredibly amazing and dangit, I want it right now...

The worst thing about geese I think is the BEAK TEETH. But it's great to hear that the game holds that charm all throughout! Glad to know it's not a disappointment. Thanks Arlo! 💙

True story. One time I went for a walk to the pond. When I got there I came across a platoon of geese all sitting in front of a boulder and on that boulder was one goose overlooking the others with an air of superiority. When I got too close all of the geese sharply turned their attention to me. The pressure was building for a few seconds as I was pondering what the geese might do to me since I came across their secret goosey meeting. Just as the goose on the boulder spread open it’s wings I bolted away and ran back home. It was almost as horrifying as that time a horde of sheep were chasing me in the night, good thing there was a fence

You write your scripts like an essay and I love it.

It's about four hours to the initial finish when you encounter the beautiful bell. But the next level, where you're doing all those additional hilarious tasks, that gives you some hours of enjoyment too. And I'm now doing the following level, that will culminate in the encounter with the giftbox and crown, which can also take some hours to work through. So when people say the game's over in four hours, that isn't precisely accurate. Thank you for reviewing this game -- I really love it.

As someone who loves classical music, I realized that the score for the game is actually classical music composed in the early 1900s by a French composer Claude Debussy. Debussy 's music is some of my favorite so I have no problem his music being used in a more main stream media.

I had a really great time with Untitled Goose Game, I have played through it 3 times now, and it won't be the last. It gives so much creative freedom, like when i found out how to stun lock the garden keeper, just by one simple series of events. Trolling the people in the town, is fun as well. It is one of those games, where you can be straight to the point, and play a fun but short game, or you can be curious on how everything works, and spend hours on being a real douch. What is not to like about Untitled Goose Game.

Slobber is one thing, but it's how they use their other orifice that is particularly horrible. Somehow, I doubt this is a feature in the game, which is a pity. Still looks hilarious, though.

I have a vivid memory of my little brother being attacked mercilessly by Canadian geese in the park. He was 6 and I’m pretty sure it scarred him for life.

My dad lived on a farm while I was growing up and one of the geese he raised was very protective of him. The goose was called Eric. He would protect my dad from anyone who came near him, including me and my little sister. One time my sister went to hug my dad, Eric clamped his beak onto her bum and wouldn’t let go. My sister tried running but Eric stayed attached, flapping wildly and honking. It was amazing.

I just got it and I agree it's pretty short, I'm pretty far in without playing for too long but it is so delightful. My favorite feature is when you pick up a glass bottle and honk, it gets muffled

Ever since Witcher 3 came out, one of my favorite things to do in that game was chase the geese around in villages, and watch them waddle away, honking with their wings outstretched. But this ... this game is everything I could ever ask for.
