@@capital_of_texas The evolution of Romanian from Latin is so different from the rest of the romance languages tho. I speak Spanish and Italian but a lot of times they share a lot of words with the same etimology, just a different phonetic evolution. Ex. Occulum - occ'lo - occhio / occulum - occ'lo - oło - ojo(osho) - ojo (oxo) Petra - pietra / petra - pedra - piedra Traditorem - traditore / traditorem - tra'dore - traídor
@@sanlee6328 That is true. A lot of the romance languages evolved differently. I speak French and Spanish, and both are similar as they are different. From what I understand, Romanian grammar is exactly how Latin grammar works.
This specific song sounds weirder and less latin because commies prefered to use more slavic words or the slavic synonim words of the latin ones instead.
He wasted state funds on a massive Parliamentary palace while the people had insufficient utilities and had their state backed healthcare cut in the 1980s. He was not a good leader. If he was, his people would not have "removed" him.
@@Zdamaneta Exactly and the fact that even Romanians themselves have embraced that stereotype is just frustrating. It has nothing to do with us, it comes from Roma people. I don't even know if we have a stereotype in Europe (that doesn't come from the Roma); only one I know is that Bulgarians call us ''mamaligari'' because we eat mamaliga, similar to how some people refer to Italians as ''macaronari'' in Romania.
You used some old spellings. "Î" is no longer used in the middle of a word, only in the beginning, with "â" being used in the middle, so "Întîi" becomes "Întâi". There are some exceptions, like "reînoit" (renewed), but it is because "re" united with "înoit".
