THen he says "lai lai lai" which technically means "come" but in this situations he's like saying "let me try" *puts toast in and mother in law is having a good laugh.

Here's a comment (scroll past the video to see the comment highlighted at the top) from someone asking about a blur applied on a music track (with a visualizer thingy for video), and the label explaining they changed their logo (giving me the impression the blur was applied post-upload): ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-iasiAG2Pw0Y.html&lc=UgytcmyiMt7UgTAnzEt4AaABAg The blur in that video looks quite similar to what's shown here - chunky, clashes really badly, really stands out, etc, which makes me think it's a RU-vid thing that can be applied on a case-by-case basis where "egregariously obvious blur" can be acceptable if someone wants to keep their view count and comments.

So super cute fact about the dog petting cat video: if you've ever scratched a dog and had it put a paw on you, that means they love you. They're basically trying to pet you back. And since it didn't look like the dog was swatting at the cat, it probably likes the cat and wanted to pet it.
