Unveil Your Light Within - Bluebird Speech 

I recently got to share with a roomful of women on how we cover our lights with the things that HAPPENED to us..
We let these veils rule over the bright light we once had and retreat into ourselves through shame, guilt, and anxiety.
I let a lot of situations define me..
We.. as humans.. Especially women… we tend to make things that happened TO us.. Mean something ABOUT us… which is.. THE WORK. Undoing.. unlearning the labels we put on OURSELVES..
