To change gears you use the screen , swipe up to drive , swipe down to reverse and press for park. You couldn't see it on screen because it is just for show and they wouldn't want people to drive the car in showroom 😂😂 the physical buttons on top of headliner are for when the screen doesn't work, Tesla wants you to use the screen to shift rather than buttons hense why they put them high up
