Is the glass tight to remove or are there clips or a certain way to remove it …? I have a model y 2023 and I had removed the 2 bolts but it still wouldn’t lift up very easily 😅 I tried for a good 10min to try and figure it out
Hello, I followed all your steps and my install went well it was all working fine. After driving it and trying again later it goes all the way down with the last beep then about 3 seconds later it beeps twice and pops back open but not unlocked. How can I fix this?

Just installed mine today...very frustrating there were no wiring instructions and the install QR code didn't work as they haven't launched the video yet. But after some trial and error it works. The reddish pink connectors connect to the same color ones at the top of the back window.
Out team designed the adapter based on CHAdeMO 1.0 standard so it basically work on all CHAdeMO cars. However the design may vary so we may need to test on different cars. We have tested Nissan Leaf, eNV200, Mitsubishi Outlander. We will test on BMW i3 and other cars soon. Please let us know if you have other CHAdeMO cars which would like to test the system. We are happy to do remote diagnostic on different models
