Historians neglected the Gupta Empire, they were forced to write about them due to huge amount of literary and archeological evidence. They glorified Ashoka because he converted to buddhism and mughals just because they dont want Hinduism to be glorified. We hace era of Chandragupta Vikramaditya, as Vikram Samvat but they clearly neglected Gupta empire. Otherwise common Hindu polulation would feel proud of their history, which they dont want. Sandly if you read today's history books it does not feel anything. And even if you see just the name of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Maharana Pratap, Guru Gobind Singh any Hindu will feel proud and energetic without knowing anything about them. Gupta Empire is the greatest empire of Bharat without a doubt.
@@ROHITKumar-gl6mm their were nthing hindu back then until islamic invasions They were many sections of panths like vaishnavism. .shavism. ..budhhism. . Jainism and tribal culture. ...all get incorporated around 15th century ......
@@kanishkkumar5431 you did not get the point. Modern historians downplay the Gupta Empire because they were worhsippers of Bhagwan Vishnu which comes under Hinduism only. They glorified Ashoka just to downgrade the greatness of Hinduism, I am not talking about 1500 years back. I am talink about present time, where historians neglect everything great which is related to Hinduism and promote Ashoka because he was Buddhist, to teach common Hindus that their Dharma is not great. They dont teach that Ashoka was a cruel who killed many Jains and Ajivaks who opposed him. And he invaded Kalinga because that was ruled by Jain king.
Many don't know that Huns were actually quite fearsome and they were the precursors of Dreaded Mongols. One branch of these huns which went to Europe destroyed Roman empire, which was superpower of its time alongwith Gupta Empire. But Guptas managed to crush them while Europeans couldn't.
Huns were the ancestors of Todays Mongols and Turks. They were ruthless warriors. They devastated europe, but they could not conquer India, ultimately converted to Hinduism and assimilated in Indian society.
@Iamnotracistlmaoread again mate, roman empire was devastated beyond repair by hunnic invasions, sure they weren't completely destroyed but the effects were quite similar.
@Iamnotracistlmao Byzantium was strong but definitely had lost its colour and progress that went on during Caesarian or Augustus era. They stopped conquering or investing in progress. It was simply wannabe goths who emulated the ancient Romans. Sparta also after peleponesian wars remained for a long time but it was shadow of its past self.
@@theycallmewarlord6003 you are so jealous of Bihar history 😂, Bihar present is accepted and known to everyone, but it's Great history is known to very few ,
@@theycallmewarlord6003 I think its the least in bihar(mithila magadh regions) to showoff history compared to other states. But indians dont really know how insanely great bihar history really was. In Nepal about 900 yrs the rulers were of vajjika/maithil descent from vaishali who invaded nepal in 5th century. Both licchivi dynasty and malla dynasty were from mithila region of bihar.
@@theycallmewarlord6003 The reason why people of kathmandu look like indian is because of the invasion by king manadeva of vaishali who killed all the men in the city and married women of the tibetan related ethnicity known as kirant.
I would suggest please nominate your channel in "PM creators award". It was started recently by Central govt for recognising creators from various fields. Your content is amazing you should surely nominate this channel 🔥

Your fluency and extensive vocabulary in Hindi, storytelling capabilities, high quality animation, and ability to cover parts that have largely been untouched amazes me. I know this must take lots of effort, but selfishly I'd like to say please keep them coming as often as you're able to!! So proud to have you contribute to the Indic Renaissance. It's a blessing to have you awaken civilisational values within the lot of us. Subhanallah, may you receive all the success you rightfully deserve!
This is so impressive! The Frame, Production Quality, Accuracy of Maps, Graphics used, Voice modulation, Narration and moreover the painstaking research behind this! Well done team! This is fantastic!
Shaiva Dharma always reigns supreme, it's always for the Shaiv rulers that were practicing Hinduism and they fought and remain victorious against the invAders , Har-Har Mahadev ☀️🔱⚔️
Brother but guptad were debour Vaishnavas Infact the invaders (Huns) were actually the Shavites here. Mihirakula is said to be a devout Shaivite (which is eve proved by his coinage etc)
@@AtheistNationalist only couple of later Guptas were vaishnavites, rest of them were Shaivs, the Aulikara Yashodharman who defeated Mihirkula was too a Shaiv
Beautiful presentation! Very informative and clear, thanks for it! I find it amazing interesting, that our Hungarian histroy starts at the end of this story in the 9th century the where Huns conquered Europe and found a country for themselves that has survived to this day.
During mahabharata time these huns were fought from Kurush side against Pandavas so its clearly states that in very ancient time aryavarta was the epitome of world's power. Hail Aryavarta
How truly magnificent from voice-over and script writing to animation and presentation it's overall a prime example of fine arts. It takes months to produce such contents of splendid quality, would love to see more on Ancient Indian history (especially on Gupta history) from you. Just adding some additional info (idk if that is relevant)- If I'm not wrong, the Indo-Hunnic wars (Gupta-Hunnic War, Aulikara-Hunnic war, Maukhari-Hunnic war and Pushyabhuti-Hunnic war) started from the times of Samudragupta. As you stated at 2:00 Kidara (little Kushans) paid allegiance to Samudragupta and when Shapur II with his Chionite mercenaries invaded Kidara's dominions then he asked for Samudragupta's aid against Shapur II and his Chionite (Hephthalites) vassals. The Gupta-Kidara alliance defeated invaders and even some sources describe this event as (Shapur II fled from battlefield) after this successful campaign Samudragupta gave more substantial help to Kidara and he defeated remnants of Chionites (white Huns/Hephthalites) and drove them from Gandhara and Balkh, hence this was the first event where Indians defeated hunas (or we can just describe it First Gupta-Hunnic war or Sassanids-Gupta war). Second Gupta-Hunnic war- The event happened just after the death of Samudragupta. Kidara's son Piro had revolted against Guptas after the death of Samudragupta and came under Sassanid suzerainty. Ardeshir II with his Chionite and little Kushan allies invaded Indian domains but Chandragupta II after ascending throne launched an expedition to Balkh. And in the battle of Oxus valley and Battle of Sistan Chandragupta II subjugated little Kushans, Kambojas, Parasikas (Persians) and white Huns, (this event is also recorded in Sacred rock of Hunza). 3:43 there is also a debate on the origin of Pushyamitras, some historians say they were either another tribe of hunas (most likely) or the descendants of Shungas (unlikely). At 4:57 Some sources describe the hunnic strength up to 300k. Thus this Third-Gupta hunnic war was also a Gupta victory You have explained further Indo-Hunnic wars thoroughly and I even got to know some more events and information in detail (as I haven't gone through post Gupta history), thanks to you I got to learn more about this Golden and turbulent period of ancient history.
Your info is little wrong bro 😊 Kushan Shah's were vassal of shapour 2 and kushan Shah's defeated shapour 2 After some time bactria region was between power sharing Which means kushans huns both unite and rule After some time huna king kidara became prominent ruler and all tribes like Alcon and kushans 😊 accept him king And at that same time heptalite were lies in pamir range Kidara 1 defeated the Sassanid with help of Gupta empire And Sassanids became tributaries of hunas After this power gaining hunas revolt against Gupta The Chandra Gupt vikramaditya invade bactria and defeated all tribes And then he goes in pamir range and defeated heptalite 😊😊

Great Effort and hard work, I could see how you picked up the authentic symbols for Guptas, Its nice to read Guptan Brahmi accurately in your video. You brought Eran inscription too in the narration, how Skandha had to sleep on the bare floor on account of Huna invasion. It is also mentioned. BhanuGupta Goparaja Sati Pillar is also mentioned in your conversation. Good
I hv reason about yeshodharman... He is probably one of the most fierce generals and warrior of bharat varsh... But never spoken about anywhere.. Need a Netflix series on yashodharman

Nobody taught us such important piece of history in textbooks when I was growing up. I feel betrayed by my education system. Thank you for shedding light on such important events.
Also maukharis were not independent power , they were still gupta generals/governor only. Most likely best generals of guptas. The last defeat of mihirkula was by combined armies of yashodharman and gupta army which was commanded by maukhari general.
amazing brooo... Great explaination... do videos about The great Chalukyas , The Rastrakutas , Vijayanagara Empire , Hoysals , Kadambas , Gangas and many more ultimate Kingdoms...
Bhai read this once We could actually trace the alchon path in Punjab through coins after death of budhagupta. . First they captured the taxila , chakwal , Kashmir and jhang area. We had zavoko imitating gupta horseman coins there , both tormana and gupta coins found mixed there
After which they moved further, likely captured the fort of akhnoor and Gujranwala area. That became the base. Now after which they moved forward, and captured sanghol , the main city of gupta in east punjab. We could see Huns likely captured a gupta mint. Then they proceeded to rajasthan not mathura after than malwa
India's Indic PPL thru history went thru ebbs & tides of small local kings to a empire spanning huge expanses of land, part of the problem was large kingdoms where split between siblings & over time each became smaller & rivalries occured. Ashokas solution was like Islam's - the most brutal became king by killing off his siblings. Eventually we do find a few empire's emerge that where strong - the magadh empire thwarted Alexander but Alexander shud never have been allowed to enter ancient Bharat ( Afghanistan downwards ) , mauryas drove Greeks back but these satraps waited till Maurya empire declined in strength by weak kings & attacked eventually running over most of n.india so issue has always been Hindu unity & in modern India it shows by voters.
