Thank you for the video! I'm traveling to San Rafael next week bc of my job and didn't know much about the City, and it actually looks very very beautiful and with many places to visit.
Great, have fun. There were some construction projects going on when I made those videos, that's complete now. I'm still trying to get over to the new rooftop bar at the new AC Marriott hotel. 😬

If some of the places stay available I’ll eventually end up trying to find a “relatively” cheap place to rent because it’ll be close to where I’ll be working.
There is a mall but it is not in downtown San Rafael. Downtown San Rafael has a lot of small shops and some great restaurants and a new hotel with a rooftop bar. I just had dinner in downtown San Rafael at a restaurant called State Room and it was super good! The mall is in an area we call Terra Linda although frankly I believe that mall is going to change mostly into housing in the future. And that leaves the two malls in Corte Madera as the draw for shopping. Thank you for watching!
Rental prices in San Rafael for a 1 bedroom range from about $2000 USD for an apartment in a building to as high as $4500. There are several small homes available that have 3 bedrooms for less than $4500, so there is quite a range in price but it's all fairly expensive. Have a great day!
