I have a friend that had Crohn's, super strict with what she ate, I introduced her to the carnivore diet & she no longer has Crohn's. Obviously stay away from processed foods (center isles) of grocery store & pay attention to what your body tells you. It tells you everytime it doesn't agree with what you've consumed, even natural foods.

Many many Dr. 's are talking about the findings when they did their own research (not what was taught to them) about the carnivore diet. I also have people in my immediate family that was dealing with IBS. I live in the south, a lot of bad ways of cooking/eating in the south, beans being a huge no no for your body & the south loves beans. They talk about us being hunter/gatherers in ancient times, but that was for naturally grown foods, not all these GMO fake foods, books about that as well & books about veggies causing oxalates that causes kidney problems. She (my friend) has been strictly carnivore for a year now & no more issues or meds for Crohn's, no more IBS for family members. Now just think, why are they creating issues to cull the cattle & chickens & trying to push bugs on people? Cows, Deer, lamb, & bison are the best meats to eat, but they have scared people away from them, they have multiple stomachs to digest the plants they eat. Plants only way of defense is to create chemical compounds, which eaten rightly can be medicinal over consuming or over time could be poisonous for our body. Dr. Ken Berry on YT would be a great start. If interested in understanding. I have also been doing carnivore about 98% of the time, but pretty much been like that my whole life, but I went strict for about 4 months & learned a lot from what I reintroduced to my body, like gluten wheat/corn in bread form causes me a lot of fluid build up in my lungs & shortness of breath, chicken causes me back pain, when I eat a salad I am bloated/heavy feeling & full of water weight. I have never been lighter feeling, bodily than when I just eat a steak or a burger. There is also tons of information about it reversing diabetes. Just tons of info & testimony about this & mainstream is starting to attack it, that also lets me know plenty, there, especially since I know how it has made me feel. Interesting they scared people away from red (ruminant meats) & so much more sicknesses. Also the oils are a huge problem, unless it is lard, bacon grease or tallow (natural). I am not a Dr. but many many Dr.'s are all over this subject, for or against, again with testimonies. Probably shadow banned, so if interested Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Kiltz, Dr. Bright (I think is her name), many interviews, that's a start.

Hey Santos have you tried ice baths for your itch? I have nerve damage or something on my arm and it will itch so bad I will scratch till I bleed until I start freezing it. Now it goes away for long periods of time now

This was honestly a bit hard to watch-only bc the hosts are still operating from a place of belief while Santos’s expressions are from a place of the Divine knowing and trust in the internal wisdom. Belief is a disembodiment of truth, almost lined with a fear of trusting one’s self or own heart. It’s honestly a cop out and a way one subconsciously avoid one’s responsibility to play full in in the Cosmic Story. It is how society has programmed folks to be, so this is certainly not a blame or judgement. I as a knower, feel a bit of space between vibration of believers. There’s a hollowness to it. An interest in knowledge but no real connection to the discovery of truth. Through the internal journey of the heart, the truths of life become experiences, not questionable concepts. I hope you all know that I am not downing you for where you are. I just see where there is a gap between your understandings bc you still live in the world of concepts and beliefs, which make it hard to really connect what’s happening on both sides in a smooth flow.

As a functional medicine practitioner it’s such a shame you guys are so ill-informed on the dangers of veganism, high cholesterol and its association with eating meat is wholly incorrect. Keto carnivore diet is the only anti inflammatory diet. Legumes, grains, vegetables all contain anti-nutrients which rob the body of minerals- lectins, oxalates etc.. love santos but you’re all very wrong on the vegan food discussion. Saturated fat and protein from meat heals the body, look into the work of Dr Georgia Ede, Dr Paul Mason (Aussie) any of the lectures from low carb down under…. You’re welcome
