Man clearly being a nurse can be very stressful and after a very long day of work she still came home and took care of herself and this motivates me to remain humble, and strong and fight my way to the top.

I'm not a nurse, but I love the fact that you take care of you. And letting all other healthcare workers know it's okay to pamper yourself. We need our doctors, nurses, PT's etc. It's okay to love you. Many blessings.

My God I know what those 12 hours shift are like I never pamper myself just a shower and bed. Today I started a new routine thank you for the inspiration. Please all medical professionals please take of your knees and wear proper foot gear you want regret it. God bless everyone who work in the medical profession. Ikyfl!!! I am a nurse. After a shift I can barely make it into the house before I hear my children asking me for help with homework. Not going to lie, I pass out on that bed and take a hot 10 minutes shower then next morning after getting the girls on the bus before I have to go to work and start all over again. Hubby works nights, I work days, and women have to do what we have to do to make it work. I'm HAPPY you have time for self care. Enjoy it as long as you can!
I am a RN a patient kept the butter knife from his tray and stabbed his Nurse in the head , face and chest because she told him she could not give him more Oxycodone because it's every 4 hours, he was angry and said she was withholding his medicine , but she wasn't. This profession is no joke.

Nope. The kids and husband ain't having none of this... walk in the door and start cooking and cleaning... helping with homework... looking over the emails. Paying for the party and field trip... oh don't forget they need to go to the dentist and we need to get a gift for that party... don't forget the kids need to pickup up early from school cause it's a half day... the beat goes on. This cute in another alternate realm. Cute though.
you are correct, this lifestyle is for single ladies without kids,I don't get free time to do this, and if I do! I just need a rest from touching nothing at all not even my own hair 😂😂😂.
Maybe you could have a part time or nanny to assist you 2:or 3 days a week so you can have a couple of restoration hours in 3 days & not burn out or get drowned in actions of taking care of every body else but you. We can't treat our selves like that cause it causes health issues & too much stress with negative results at some point. You & all women, moms need & deserve self care - to regroup with massage or facial or hair treated or feet & nails and a concert or dinner with a FREIND relative hubby work body or treat urself alone time meal or care. It's not best to teach our kids to wear our self out daily & not plan days of care & restoration so we are great for our selves & then for them & to be healthy & wise 🦉 with our care 💅😘🌹 first 🥇 to have energy to give. 🎉you deserve care & barter or change budget to fit in ur self care, ok. !!!! It can be real for you too right now !!!! 😁 🌹 ⭐ ✨ 🕊️
I never wear my scrubs through the house though. Have a bag hanging on the front door strip them off put them in the bag, tie them up, and keep them separate from the regular wash. Shoes come off in the parking lot get bagged and put in the trunk and have disposable covers for my seat, Not bringing none of that funky home if I can help it.
