I think it looks better all white with maybe some black pinstripes. As far as maintenance goes, all that stuff is normal wear and tear things. I drove semi and jammer truck a very long time ago, and the ground wires would need to be taken apart, cleaned and put back better. I think that truck could do 100`s of thousands of miles with basic yearly care. You just have to stay on top of it once the bugs are gone. Make sure you have a set of chains and watch plenty of videos before you set out! lol I would feel safer in that rig than that new pick-up. Take care
