I think it takes practice with things like glue rings, I’m still not confident to use it as much as it is a good tool, I think u just need to practice and try different positioning with it 😅 or use a jade stone placed at side of client’s head

I felt demotivated and like I didn’t want to do it anymore... even thinking I needed a refresher... try and contact the place where you learnt from or just watch a lot of vids and practice practice practice! Don’t give up! I’m preparing to start my lash business and believe me it’s not been easy but as long as you believe in yourself you will be fine! Take your time and do not rush anything! I wish u all the best :)

There are definitely tons of refresher courses ! You can never learn to much! there are tons of refresher courses online but definitely watch RU-vid videos as well! Let me know if there are specific videos you would like to see that would help you ❤️❤️

I’m in the same boat. I actually went back and took the refresher course where I was certified, I got to retake the course for free. I even did it for the microblading and took the refresher course for free again with them too. When taking my lash course I was discouraged. I couldn’t get it and when I asked for assistance my lash instructor kinda snapped at me like “why am I doing it like that?” The thing was I couldn’t get the right angle to attach the lash looking from the top. I tried to look from the side, I tried to turn my hand and still couldn’t get it. So when my instructor put me on the spot I got discouraged. A year later and I still haven’t done a real person not even my mom. I had purchased everything I needed to start my business. I got more discouraged when the person that was helping me financially with my supplies just gave up on me as well. At least I have everything to start lol. But now my glue is expired and I have to purchase new glue and liability insurance to start. I ended up just focusing on a new job, but I need this to start up for me. I have everything. And I’ll be working a lot less hours so I’ll have more time. Thank you for your Channel I feel inspired again. And thank you to everyone expressing their frustration, helping me feel I’m not alone and to know a lot of techs felt the same way at first too. ♥️✨

I like to fill evenly over the lashes because if my client had an emergency she would have wearable lashes rather than clumps of finished lashes 😊 also helps to let the glue dry before applying to the same area! Helps avoid stickies!

I have never tried a fan, I am not sure it would affect the water rule but I heard from one of my subscribers that it works really well to use in the middle and at the end of each set! Helps with eyes watering.

The fan only helps with moving the fumes away from the eye. If you want to aid in increasing the curing time invest in a mister. It will introduce enough water to speed up the process but won't flash cure them (as long as you don't over mist) without causing them to become brittle.

YVONNIE Lincoln I learnt to isolate with the straight and apply with curved however, I find it difficult to isolate with the straight when the lashes are shorter etc.. so I have decided to try using both curved for isolating and applying :) a lot of lash techs do this
