Amaculate results overall visual of what construction is about too unfold ,tis way forward, infrastructures EARTHMOVERS keep on moving into the FUTURE ....NZ Hearty Ole...
Great video as always but I have a question and it is this: once the bowl is full on the scraper and it's overflowing because it can't hold any more material why aren't they picking the bowl up and and getting out of the cut and going and dumping the load. They're wasting an extra minute per round at least and the material that they're shoving into the scraper is running out just as fast plus the extra wear and tear on the scraper cutting edges & the dozers undercarriage.
Robert Williams Even though the material is flowing off the sides you can still see it heaping up higher in the scraper until the dozer stops assisting.
It does help it pull better because of the extra weight but it makes it much harder to turn and creates heaps more dust from the fan air going out the front. Done many years on dozer and scraper and always took the blade off.
Trance Guy because they are just doing it to cut out the small corner piece and it means they are heading in the right direction for where they are coming from and where they are dumping the material. 99 percent is not done like this. I took the video because it shows a bit more action that there normally would be.
I like these vidoes bu polease think o fth echildren. Mankind wwas not meant to dabble with power take offs and hydsraulic and digital fuel injecttion systremsn and GPS for perfect gradin and such. . Please conmsider that for you next video. Thank you!
No so mine Frend. Just be aware these machines wer enot meant for mankind. They have too much poweer and the forces of nature MUST BE CONTRO>LLED AT ALL COSTS! thnakse YIOUES!
@@AwesomeEarthmovers no, just that fact you're running 2 dozers for 1 load, plus how slow it makes its rounds. I couldn't see this setup getting more than 5 loads an hour unless the fill is super close and you're spinning dirt. I'm more of a 627 guy. I hat 57s
@@AwesomeEarthmovers Just seems like alot of track wear and tear on machine instead of tires on a dirtpan. Here in the South we use farm tractors with pans. Still a great video
justin caughey it’s a short cycle, I think I timed them at 5 or 6 minutes. It’s the U.K and weather and ground conditions can be challenging so these are the best all round machines for the job. The dozers can also put their blades on and perform other tasks when not being used as scrapers. This set up is actually very efficient for what they do.
Adam Papke The weather here is unpredictable and ground conditions not so good. These tracked machines can work when wheeled scrapers can’t. You’re seeing rare good ground and weather conditions in this video. I’ve another video that shows a wet job they worked on.
