@@danrook5757 Restoring a vehicle requires skills and knowledge and is a learning experience in itself. Plus at the end there is the pride and satisfaction in having saved a classic vehicle from the scrap yard.

$450,000 Ferrari and $325,000 Bentley pawned for $100,000 for both. If anyone has that kind of money they would have put out the $120,000 to get those back if they had too instead of losing them.

If she had good eye on bag, it can be an investment that could triple its value, for example If 8 years ago you buy $25k himalayan now its worth $120k. Or else if u can buy birkin25 epsom/togo in store cost $9000ish you can immedietly put it on sell it easily next day for $15k. Current resell price on idn now are $18k-$25k depend on color

That's actually quite good for the time. What you have to remember is loan companies like this generally only offer a third of what the car is actually worth. So she is getting a good deal at just under half the value of the car.

And her handbag collection is stored incorrectly. They all need to be stored in dust bags,(Which are usually included with an expensive bag purchase.) and the bags need stuffing to maintain the shapes. I use rolled assorted sizes.white bath towels, and work them into the corners, sides until they are the bag shape.

Retail value, not resell value. Plus the pawn shop wants to double their money, and they had to travel across the world to do it for her. Where will they store the cars and how much will it cost to get them there? Plus, a loan never gets you as much as a sale. Just because they loan you ten dollars on a hundred dollar item doesn't mean they are pricing it at ten dollars, that's just all they are willing to loan.
