Sir 1.5 month ho gya running krte krte abhi 2400 metre 16 minute me ho pa rhi h ab speed nhi bdh rhi h kya kre sir speed kaise bdhegi

2400 meter krne me 16-17 min ki timing aa rhi hai sirr 4 round ke baad saans bhut fulne lgti hai jaise taise 6 round lagati hun Speed nhi increase ho rhi

Long running karo Stamina banao Apne aap time cover ho jayega Tension free 20 minutes continue running karo Weak me 2 time,time lagakar running karo Ek time running karo Sham ko exercise karo Diet par fully focus Khane me kale chane aur gud Thode se kismis aur badam aur moong aur soyabean seeda lo Saans ful rahi to desi ghee ka use karo Weakness feel ho to dudh ke saath anjeer lo Baaki koi problem nhi Bs running,diet,aur rest Karo aur ha running ground par karo Baaki koi problem nhi hoga
