Full walk through and review of Up the Creek RV Camp. This is a great RV Park in the Pigeon Forge Gatlinburg area. Just minutes from the Center of Pigeon Forge and Dollywood in the Smokey Mountains of Tennessee.
Thanks for watching. We appreciate the encouragement. As someone who watches tons of reviews, Whenever we film a tour we try to think of what is important to us. Thanks again.
I’m looking to come in to pigeon forge in October and need a tent camping spot where I can pull up with my suv-there are shower houses and hopefully Wi-Fi. Does a place like this even exist ?
Thank you the compliment and for watching!!! I hope we helped you make an informed decision 🙂 We enjoyed our stay at Up the Creek and plan to go back again someday!
It appears nice and so was your video; however, I wish you would have called out all the sites as you passed by them (or every other site). We'll be there soon and would have liked to have had a glimpse of it.
We stayed there 4 or 5 years ago. Nice place. If you are bike riders go over to Townsend and park and ride both sides of the road on the cement bike and walking paths plus go ride along the creek in some of the neighborhoods. In Townsend we stay at Little Arrow or at the KOA. Definitely more cramped but the park entrance is like 1/4 mile.
Thanks for watching and for the tip. We drove through Townsend on our way to Pigeon Forge but have never stayed there. We will definitely look into it. Thanks again!
Hey ya'll, nice vid of the campground. We live Up The Creek. Ya'll had a wonderful spot. Giving yall a sub. Thanks for sharing. Check us out if you will. Enjoy!
Thanks for watching!! Glad you enjoyed it! We tried to give as much info as possible without being to wordy or intrusive of our fellow campers. If you have a question about any of the sites we would gladly try to answer to the best of our ability 😁
Nice review. Subscribed. Planning on going to that area this summer. We stayed at another campground in the area last year. It was nice but hardly any cover and sites were not private at all. UpTheCreek looks great but my misses is going to have to work and have good cell signal. Do you recall how the cell service was there ? Not counting on campground wifi as it’s usually unreliable. Thx!
Hey thanks for watching. We didn't have any problems with reservations and made them online. As with most parks in the area they do fill up quick especially during peak season and holiday weekends so I would reserve as soon as possible. Thanks again for stopping by!
Great video with awesome info - We are planning a 4 night stay. Would you say this campground is centrally located to all of the area attractions? Thinking this would be our home base as we explore Gatlinburg , PF and the Great Smokey Mountains. Lol never mind I just read the description!! I'm going to see if our dates are available :) Thanks for sharing! Kari - The Art of RVing
Thanks for watching and for the compliments on the video ☺️ We found this campground to be very convenient to everything! Trolley stops in the park hourly if you don't want to drive yourself. The Gatlinburg aquarium and the Gatlinburg Parkway attractions are about 12 miles away. Several of the areas best overlooks, parks, and sights are also only minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay, hope y'all do as well!! Happy camping!
