Started using MSM on June 4, 2019, as of today July 4, 2019, I have seen an inch of hair growth. That is HUGE for me because I have struggled with no growth, or slow growth for more than 10 years. Seriously y'all. MSM is about business! I was a bit skeptical when I first started taking the powder everyday with orange juice in early June. But since then my hair has grown so much, so quickly ... half the time I think I'm imagining it. Definitely recommend following Fardia's advice by starting with an 1/8 teaspoon (2x per day) and increasing your dosage by 1/4 each week to minimize the side effects. I stopped increasing my dosage completely at one full teaspoon a day. I also make sure to finish my daily dose completely by 3:00 pm or I won't sleep a wink at night. Give it a try and be sure to drink tons of water! The results are AMAZING!

I don't know about hair growth, but this stuff is insane! I took it because i had bad knee pain, I swear on my mother it got rid of it completely in 2 days, I mean TOTALLY and not only that, I've been a smoker for years and the stuff had me coughing up flem like crazy and I was wondering what was going on! I've been taking 1 tsp for 4 months now, (after slowly working up to 1 tsp over the course of 2 weeks starting from 1/8 tsp), and I have concrete before/after pics of my EYEBROWS! Great information to share. I took 2 tbs per day when healing a knee injury, during which point I noticed my hair and nails growing quickly and stronger. Just something to consider, MSM can energize a person making the evening not a good time to take it as it can interfere with sleep.

So I’ve been taking MSM now for just over a month now and I can definitely say it’s increased my hair growth! My eyelashes and eyebrows are thicker, my nails usually grow long but now they’re even longer at around 2.5cm and they’re rock hard and haven’t broken yet which is normally the case! I started on 1/16th of a teaspoon of MSM with vitamin c powder and increased my dose every week until now where I take 3/4 of a teaspoon a day (1/2 in the morning and 1/4 in the evening). I only experienced headaches twice during this time and it was definitely due to slacking and not drinking enough water! So water and staying hydrated definitely is they key :)!

I have NEVER had long hair until I took MSM. It grew to such an alarming rate and doubled in thickness too to the point I was always getting stopped by random people and asked how I got such beautiful hair. Once I stopped the MSM ( They were like horse tablets and I gad to take 3 a day! ) my hair quickly thinned out and stopped growing and the condition was not as good. I am back in them again now!

I've been taking MSM crystals for over 10 years and MSM does so many great things for the body, especially if you are older and have stiffness or arthritis. It has not been helpful with growing my hair. I believe when it comes to hair growth your body needs more than just one supplement. I highly recommend taking MSM, but take it for the health benefits and if your hair grows along the way so much the better.

Wow! Your hair is amazing! Love it! Not too straight not too curly! Absolutely beautiful! I had hair loss after giving birth years ago. Hair bulbs were visible on roots. Started taking MSM and my hair was coming out a an escalated rate! It was way worse than what it had been before I'd started. I read other reviews online and others stated that it was normal and to continue. I continue for over a month and loss so much hair... it never came back. Sort of afraid to take it again.

In your video you mention nails...this is embarrassing to admit, but when I went to get my mani/pedi the manicurist said, why you wait so long for your feet? My toenails are growing faster than my fingernails I don't know why, but my hair is growing also. My hair (is natural) was just under my ears 8 weeks ago, today it is shoulder length.

I've tried so many hair growth pills but when i added MSM to my regimen, my hair grew like a weed. A downside for me but a plus for others maybe, my boobs grew from a C to a DD which is bad because bras are expensive and I can't keep buying bras every time I try to grow my hair lol

I started taking MSM a year ago using 1/4 teaspoon twice a day because I thought it would be good for helping me recover from brain surgery faster, I’m not sure if it worked BUT I did notice my hair and nails went beast mode growth except on the surgical line. That hair hasn’t attempted to grow back. It’s been a year now and I like the results so I’m going to continue to use it in my green tea.

I have alopecia and have been taking MSM for about 2 months. I have noticed stronger than steal nails. As for my hair well let’s say that my scalp feels amazing and my hair is starting to respond.
