Upcall Review - Is This A Good Work-From-Home Opportunity? 

I was one of the first hired contractor upcallers... It was fun and very rewarding at first. After about three years they hired many other managers. I was there for three changes in upper management. The brothers who were the owners used to be around a lot, which was great, until they started doing meetings with big clients. The environment became different regardless if we were remote. The bonuses decreased significantly after the company locked in big contracts. I was making decent money by the hours, but then the open slots started filling up with so many new hires. I realized that going to a scheduled w2 with great benefits would work. This is more a nest egg. Turned down the corporate offer they gave me. I just couldn't leave the state as my wife just partnered in a business that requires 12 hour days with kids at home. Great side hustle
