I've just watched this, funnily enough it was the skate wrapped in tape in the photo that caught my attention. Really happy and excited to hear you guys are developing your own skate - I came to you guys a few months ago for a pair of skates now my boy os old enough to show an interest in going to the local skate park, but I'm happy to pay now and join/start a waiting list to help support you, even if the price does change slightly between now and release. I dont get to watch your videos regularly but I do binge watch them when I get the chance

There was an open mold available on a certain website that they recently unlisted. They looked super dope! If its the mold your skate will end up being that would be wild.

I never made the connection between Ragnaroll, Kenneth Dedeu and the Aeons. Was already worth watching this episode.

good call announcing the loco boot and making real time changes. when i saw the boot in your trunk, i assumed it was the tnec skate just by looking at the raised plastic bits in the lacing area. seems to be a very similar boot.

I may be in the minority, but I am still in favor of a separate backslide plate, like the razors SL and cults. I like a really worn down backslide groove and hate having to break that in all over again when I get new soul plates.

Kenneth was pro/semi pro in blading before. One could argue that after seeing that he couldn't quite make it in blading, he went to the quads and became a star. Funny, it shows that there's lots of room for improvement on their end. Impact 100 had shittier wheels bearings and colorway. The roces khuti and 5th Elefant had an early one piece frame+soul as well. Love the content and excited for the locoskate.

my hot take for kenneth. i hope he designs a new QUAD skate for flying eagle or some other brand that gives him a chance since chaya(powerslide) kicked him off the team this year which is salty cuz he designed the best selling quad skate of last year

I know it's not likely to happen since you're working with a raised heel boot, but it would be awesome if the soulframe were flat and an adaptor of sorts was included for raised heel options. Probably a pipe dream as designing a flat soulframe would that could fit a variety of skates would be a challenge, unless you went the Kizer route and the souls were basically flat and not wrapped around the boot. Regardless though I'm excited to hear more. New Oysi wheel combos look great too.

Wizard boots were seba boots that came with intuition liners from factory. Not gutted but made as a shell since 2016(?) like the more recent CJs

Ive said it before. The best Loco boot is the Valo TV boot. (Jokes...) But it is a legendary one to me. All of the valo collabs are. The them collabs are doing their thing too. Loco Stone Island collab. Do IT!

TNEC didn’t catch my eye. Love the frames tho. Echo got me wondering. I want to see the LOCO!!! Wish 5th element had 90’s soul frame and dropped the Valo soul

One piece soul plates / frames were super common in the pre UFS days. K2, Salomon, and Roces just off the top of my head.

I would love to see a version of these revolver full core wheels in 100mm/88a and 84mm/88a.

Bloody awesome video, could def do with more of these chats as its just great to listen too in the background whilst doing work and what not. Also regarding stateside they are one of the original massive backers of skating from the 90's anyone who thinks they are not good for skating is talking from a place of pure ignorance. Didn't everyone in the UK at one point in the 90's have a pair of reactions or a friend with reaction skates as there first aggressive skate?
