Affordable koi free m nii deta ,govt se inko subsidy milti hai , and this time govt has allocated good budget and thoda price increase krke aaram se builder bechega
I agreed rate badega but the main reason for increasing land cost is right now in complete Gurgaon almost 95% lands are purchased by developer, nd 5% are still available Nd those land's don't have connectivity or any road, so ys in future we can expect affordable from Devlopers but we can't relay on that because Devlopers are not planning for any affordable right now.
