Hay Mr. Zim. I'm a South African and I ask questions because different countries do things differently. Why do you call this place an estate? In SA when we sa a place is an estate, it means the place is owned by Home Owners Association, which consists of individual owners who buy properties and affiliates to be share holder. We pay monthly levies and all estates in SA I know, have access. control. This kind of area we call them suburbs, not estates. Those houses are beautiful. I like the fact that some are not so big and accommodate residents from different income groups. Thank you for showing the Zimbabwe we will never see on western media.

Beautiful architecture...am pleading to Zim developers kuti accommodate ma side walk when planning kani...its safe for cyclists and pedestrians....please check how they do it in other countries...

Thank you, Mr Zim for the content it's very insightful in terms of real estate market and development. Only one thing I am concerned about is the developers aren't making the estate to be more family focused. I would to see more recreational space and nature trees are a must on roadsides, pedestrian tracks. More importantly I would love to see the developers dumb the Gulley storm water drainage and black and white roadside kerbs

At least the roads here are wide enough than in some places. We still lack a bit of proper urban planning settlements. The houses are modern though, we are still stuck in the haphazard way of planning our urban settlements. i don't see any recreational spaces, for shopping centers and schools

Good going and great to see the developer fix the drainage and roads first before construction commenced this should be a benchmark or building code for all developments. We need more indigenous trees.

Great video about Hayden Park. Lovely residential properties coming up. Heard about average prices of stands for sale. Said to be around averages of US$52 thousand. Would have loved to hear more information on any finished properties or houses for sale in that area.

Housing for all by the year 2000, was a government development plan we all heard(ZBC) and read about(the Herald) , when I was in Form 1, in 1989. 13 years old.

Cycle tracks and footpath one thing you are lagging behind.also the stands are small can't accommodate even a small pool or fishpond.

What’s wrong with Harare council? Why do they allow these developers to build houses where there’s no side roads for pedestrians. It’s supposed to be a new town. What happened to the inspectors who used inspect every stage of building from slub level, side roads, roads etc. Standards have really gone down.

What about Sandton ? I understand its the same area ? Kindly do a video of that area too

Now 2023, millions of Zimbabweans are scattered allover in the world, some lucky ones send money back home, others will never come back voluntarily, some will be deported, with only a plastic bag and the clothes they are wearing.

Where is Mt Hampden?

We have to stop building huge houses and plow the money into factories and farming and mineral development. These things generate more wealth and builds economies. Big homes do not. They look good but that's it.

Mr Zim ,nice development but l have a feeling that pine trees are over done too much there must at least mix them with other trees like jakaranda,floumbount etc Everywhere it's pine trees,not only here but in other developments l see.

How is this area compared to arlington

I love these houses and neighbourhoods coming up in Zim but people always have big walls :( it’s like they are trying to separate themselves from society. No ubuntu
