I cannot get the BP-TX to update. I've been trying for over an hour, I've tried 4 different USB sticks formatted in FAT32 and ExFAT. I tried updating to 1.33 and 2.0. I have no idea what I can do to fix it. The DUO-RX updated flawlessly but BP-TX won't
Hm... It doesn't seem to work... I am in desperade need of the new Output modes (mine shows only: XLR, ISO, DSLR). I have updated the firmware (v2.0 on the DUO, and v2.1 on the Transmitters), but the output modes aren't beeing displayed. The Version number shows the above-mentioned Firmwareversions... Pls send help. Best regards from Munich, keep up the great work!
I've heard of a few tricks from the forum. Try not plugging the USB in until you are on the update page. If that doesn't work, try spinning the usb-c adapter 180°. If neither of those work, you may have to buy a new flash drive. Hope this helps.
Hopefully it will be sooner rather than later. The fact that they pushed an update out within a week of it being released to address customer requests is a good sign.
@@ShelbyWatson Right, that's really cool. The features are awesome, but I'd love to hear the sound quality without any postproduction process to be able to compare to the other wireless systems.
Try scrolling through the menu, and selecting the update page. It should say to insert the flash drive. Plug in the flash drive at this point and then click update. Some people have had success from plugging in the flash drive at this stage. Let me know if it works.
