Update!! How to Save as a PNG in Silhouette Studio Basic Edition

It’s been awhile that silhouette studio basic edition no longer allows saving as a png. While for some it’s not a necessity, I know MANY people like to create in silhouette studio but don’t want to purchase the business edition. If you are one of those people and you’re trying to find a way to save those creations as a PNG, this is for you!

Thank you so much! I've been trying to change my design to a png half the day on the free version! I knew I did it a long time ago and couldn't figure out why I couldn't now! Thanks again!

Does this only work for designs that are 8.5 x 11? Mine keeps getting cut off

If I enable the registration mark, will the registration mark be visible when saved as a PNG?

I tried an image with dimensions bigger than 12inch x 12inch and it would do the whole image 😢

Sorry super late. I had the same issue turns out I have to install Adobe acrobat reader DC because the pdf reader doesnt have the printer option. After I installed that then I had to manually add the "pdf printer" to my printers.
