No place is guaranteed pest free and that’s what qt is for. I’m actually going to start coral qt for my upgrade tank after I finish the last fish qt.
TSM aquatics is a good place to order from They do real quarantine. It you pre order a fish it takes time for you to get it cuz of their process. In some cases they allow you to choose a delivery date as well. You pay more but get clean fish. Marine collectors is another that does full qt but you pay for it.
