The channel started as a general hobby and product review channel. After making videos for over a year, I decided to focus on my favorite/primary hobby which has always been saltwater aquariums. I have had a saltwater aquarium since my early teenage years, so I have been in the hobby over 20 years. I am hoping to grow the channel and plan to put out as many videos as I can. The content will be general updates on my aquariums, product reviews, adding fish/corals, etc.

This whole hobby is biggest pile of garbage. You are literally torturing animals. All these tanks are doomed. I know this is old but did you add the expensive metal reinforcements they try to sell with this fence? Also was it easy to do on the slopes without cutting the fence planks? I have a poorly graded backyard and want to try this brand to save money. Fence contractors charge way too much! I don't know why people do not call their dogs in. They just let them out to harass neighbors. I love animals but people with dogs that are not good people irritate me lol! Nice work!
According to me, in the use of ozone, you must have an ORP controller, and this is a necessity. Based on my experience, your ORP value should always be above 400. For reef tanks or saltwater, ORP should be maintained between 200 to 350. If it exceeds 350, it can endanger the fish gills, so ORP probes and controllers are very important in the use of ozone generators in saltwater ponds. Please let me know if there's anything you'd like to correct.

Do not buy 😒 from please. i wasted $250.00. Missing fish and plants. Had to pay to get shipped for their mistake. I quarantined for five days. 3 of the 5 fish got ich 😢 and died i put my trust in ordering will not order again.
I know its been 2 yrs but any luck with milwaukee, i don't think you are doing anything wrong. Im getting 1.028 with the solution provided. I then used brightwells refractometer calibration solution and the bortle said it should read 1.025 And the brightwell solution read exactly 1.025. So im confused also, i think theres a problem with the solution they provided in my opinion.....
I’ve just found your channel. You are thinking much like I have been. I want something nice but I’ll have to purchase it in phases. Tank, then lights, etc… I’m considering that tank you have shown in your video but I’m also looking at the Innovative Marine EXT 112, IM Nuevo 40 AIO, and the Water Box 105 Fragrance tank. Any advice? It will be my first step into saltwater system, but I’ve lots of freshwater experience. I like the option to buy ‘complete systems’ given I’m starting fresh and IM seems to offer fair prices. Anyways, enjoyed the video.
Hey I bought the same unit! And for Dino’s. I am in day 2. I didn’t want to chance my corals with Dino x. A guy at fish store said it killed few of his corals.
Couple of things... You use the same pippete to draw distilled water and saline water which causes contamination. Also, your zero out read is not true 0 but read 1. Cover the well with hand on calibration and on read. Also stir with clean end of plastic instrument to get air bubbles out. Two separate instruments,one for distilled water, second fir saline water.

Any idea how much tank water it uses per test? Before I sound dumb, I know it’s the same amount as whatever test kit but I watched another video and it looked like the rodi chamber was rinsed out and then the test chamber was rinsed out with tank water. I ask becuase I’m highly considering a ReefBot lab for my nano tank and it’s a pain dealing with how much water existing test kits take so any additional will be worse. I’m honestly thinking of making a small batch of water to replenish the tank after testing but know that could throw off the tests.
Steppers are typically somewhat noisy. 3D printers have come a long way in terms of sound by using better stepper drivers. I’m sure they could do something similar and use better drivers. Having said that, there is also something that can be done via software updates. The acceleration and speed targets for the steppers can be adjusted to run a bit quieter. I wonder if they wanted to balance the speed with the sound.
