Update on my crash, the recovery and some 70.3 behind the scenes

Little update on how my recovery has been, where my arms at, how my bike is after the crash and then some Sunshine Coast Ironman content. Spewing I couldn't ride 'The Grind' this trip. As you can see by the end of this video, my arm looks normal again... although unfortunately it still can't hold any weight.
Counting the days till I am back on the bike now! Can't wait to smash some more chop rides, we took a fall but it ain't stopping us!
