Dalton Ross at Entertainment Weekly recently sat down with Scott Gimple, the former showrunner of The Walking Dead that is currently overseeing the franchise, to seek more information on the Rick Grimes movie trilogy that is allegedly in the works.

Even though I dropped off the walking dead show around Season 9 I'll probably still check out the movies for Rick since he's in them.

I don’t know what I’m gonna do yet. If the trailers don’t impress me, I might just wait and see what the audience feedback is like before I decide to purchase a ticket.

Same here. We only go to the theater if it’s a movie we really want to see since the price of admission has become expensive, especially if you factor in snacks. It’ll be interesting to see how much of a bigger budget they’ll get. The production quality better be more than the show.

Just can't see it happening anymore. It was an odd idea to begin with but understandable since he wanted off the show.

so michonne gets on the boat which suggests to me the movies are just gonna be what dreams may come with out Robin Williams, also spoiler the divine comedy is not funny even in Italian
